Care Home Manager

to lead our exceptional team and ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care in a warm, friendly, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care Provide strong leadership and support to a dedicated team of care professionals Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (Care Inspectorate standards) Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a care home management role (minimum 2 years preferred) A relevant health and social care qualification (SVQ Level 4/RQF Level 5 or equivalent) Strong knowledge of care regulations and standards in Scotland Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A compassionate approach and a genuine passion for caring for others
