As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred adult social care, we are seeking a Registered Locality Manager to join our regional leadership team to drive operational transformation across our adult services. This role will play a key part in ensuring sustainable, high-quality services, developing our housing strategy, and enhancing workforce development to equip staff with the specialist knowledge needed to support autistic adults effectively. A fantastic opportunity to drive transformational change.
This is a varied and hands-on position, perfect for someone passionate about improving quality, championing best practices, and supporting frontline leaders through change. You'll work across a cluster of services, coaching and guiding Service Managers to ensure services are efficient, person-centred, and built on specialist, evidence-based approaches.
