About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of our domiciliary care services. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, inspire and support your team, and play a pivotal role in the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the care team to ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred, and high-quality care.
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and other legal requirements.
Conduct effective care assessments, audits, and quality assurance activities.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals and local authorities.
Develop and grow the service in line with business and community needs.
What We're Looking For:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior role within domiciliary care
Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care planning
Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding care with integrity and empathy
A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
