Blush Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated

Registered Manager

to lead our homecare service, ensure outstanding care delivery, and drive service growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with excellent knowledge of CQC requirements and a passion for high-quality, person-centred care.

About the Role

Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring full CQC compliance. Lead, support, and develop Care Coordinators and care staff. Maintain high standards of care, safety, documentation, and quality assurance. Manage recruitment, training, supervision, rotas, and staff performance. Complete care assessments, oversee personalised care plans, and ensure excellent outcomes for clients. Act as Information Governance Lead. Build strong relationships with local authorities, health professionals, and community partners. Drive business development through client acquisition, marketing, networking, and community engagement. Manage budgets, reporting, and service performance.

Requirements

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards). Minimum 2 years' management experience in a care provider setting. Strong leadership, staff development, and organisational skills. Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and safe, person-centred practice. Confident in recruitment, rota management, quality assurance, and compliance. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office & cloud systems).
