Registered Manager - Specialist Services

Up to 50,000.00 per annum



About the role:



We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our specialist service in Ammanford. You will ensure high-quality care delivery, legal compliance, and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and team-building skills are essential.

Requirements:



NVQ Level 5 and relevant management qualification Proven experience managing staff in a social care setting and excellent leadership skills Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) and Class 1 business insurance Excellent understanding of residential and domiciliary care best practice Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills Knowledge of Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Compliance
