Registered Care Manager

:- (up to 40k not including bonuses opportunity throughout the year/ Potential OTE 50k) The Salary is negotiable depending on experience and will increase after successful probation

Working Hours

: Full-time, 40 hours per week, plus on-call duties as required to meet the business's needs.

The current RCM will be there to support you in the beginning and do a full handover You will receive amazing support from head office and the many other wonderful RCMs across the group.

Requirements:

Must / Ideally have previous experience working as a Care Manager. Or are ready to make the step up

About the Role:

As a Registered Care Manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring that the branch is compliant, delivering exceptionally high standards of care and support, and working closely with the Managing Director, office, external agencies, and care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Take complete ownership of service operations and compliance and maintain a high standard of care and support. Train, Recruit, retain, and manage care office and care staff effectively. Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs to support business growth Be an ambassador for the business in the community, identify and pursue business opportunities, strengthen professional relationships, and forge new ones. Lead and support office staff in all aspects of CQC inspections, including attending all inspections and completing PIRs.
