experienced Registered Manager
to lead and develop our domiciliary care service and help shape its future locally.

Registered Manager who has already held the same position
within domiciliary care and is now looking for an opportunity to
grow and develop a service within a new area
, supported by an established and values-led provider.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, development, and day-to-day management of our domiciliary care service. You will be instrumental in setting high standards, developing your team, and ensuring outstanding care delivery across the area.
Key Responsibilities
Service Leadership & Growth:
Lead and develop the domiciliary care service, embedding Bloomfield Care's values, systems, and quality standards
Regulatory Leadership:
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and legislation, supporting a safe, effective, and well-led service
Team Leadership:
Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing care team
Client Relationships:
Carry out assessments, care planning, and reviews, building trusted relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
Operational Oversight:
Manage rotas, on-call responsibilities, audits, safeguarding, and quality assurance processes
Community Engagement:
Act as the local face of Bloomfield Care, building strong community relationships and supporting service growth

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience:
Proven experience
already working as a Registered Manager
within domiciliary care
Leadership:
Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
Regulatory Knowledge:
Confident, up-to-date understanding of CQC expectations and care legislation
Values:
Compassionate, professional, and committed to high-quality care
Driving Licence:
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
