What You'll Be Responsible For:

Leading the day-to-day operations of a regulated service, ensuring full compliance with CQC standards Embedding robust governance, safeguarding, and quality assurance frameworks Managing and mentoring a skilled multidisciplinary team with clarity and purpose Driving personalised care planning, risk management, and positive behaviour support Building strong relationships with families, commissioners, and external stakeholders Preparing for inspections, audits, and continuous service improvement

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager within Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Complex Needs Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, PBS, MCA, and safeguarding protocols Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to service delivery Passionate about inclusion, dignity, and empowering people to live fulfilling lives
