We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our home with vision, professionalism, and compassion. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and service across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire all teams including administration, care, catering, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Maintain the highest levels of safety, dignity, and wellbeing for residents
Oversee care planning, health monitoring, and medication procedures
Manage budgets and resources effectively, taking accountability for financial performance
Mentor and develop staff to create a motivated and engaged workforce
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and stakeholders
What we're looking for:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, RMA, NVQ/QCF Level 4 in Leadership/Management or Health & Social Care
Proven managerial experience in the care sector, with excellent knowledge of compliance standards
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Financial awareness and confidence in managing budgets
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
