Who we are looking for...
An experienced and motivated
Registered Manager
who can lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated care team. You will be confident in managing day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards, and embedding a therapeutic culture that places children's emotional wellbeing at the heart of care delivery.
You will need strong leadership skills, a proven track record with Ofsted, and the ability to manage a stable team that delivers outstanding care to children who have experienced trauma or neglect.
