51,500 - 61,500 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

Working Hours:

40 hours per week

Qualifications Required:

NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)

Experience Required:

Minimum

2 years' experience

managing an

Ofsted-registered children's home

Experience supervising staff Experience supporting children with learning disabilities

experienced, passionate Registered Manager

who can confidently lead a children's residential service and maintain the highest standards of care and safeguarding.


You will:


? Use your leadership skills to run all aspects of the home


? Drive quality, compliance and positive outcomes


? Support a settled staff team


? Build on an already successful and established service


? Ensure high-quality, child-centred care


You must also demonstrate strong knowledge of:


Children's Regulations The Quality Standards Every Child Matters Ofsted expectations and inspections
A

Full UK Driving Licence

and own transport is an advantage.
