Salary:

55,000 - 60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Are you an experienced and passionate leader in children's residential care? We are looking for a

Registered Manager

to oversee and develop a high-quality children's home based in

Kings Heath

.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full operational responsibility for the home Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and Ofsted standards Lead, support, and develop a committed care team Maintain a strong safeguarding culture Promote positive outcomes for children and young people Build and maintain effective relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders
About You:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People) or equivalent (or working towards) Proven experience managing or deputising in a children's residential setting Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and regulatory requirements Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others Eligible to register with Ofsted as a Registered Manager
