Golden Hello bonus subject to successfully completing probationary period.

Creative Living Care is seeking an inspirational and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our warm and welcoming 3-bedded children's home in the heart of Kirkham. We are passionate about providing safe, nurturing homes where children can grow, heal, and thrive. We're looking for someone who is:

Patient, positive, reliable, flexible, and naturally motivational A confident leader with strong emotional intelligence and a nurturing approach Experienced -- with at least 2 years under Ofsted regulations and 3 years in a leadership role Qualified -- holding the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare Committed to trauma-informed practice and therapeutic caregiving A driver with a full UK driving licence
You'll also be subject to our Safer Recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS and full employment history.

Your role and impact



As Registered Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional, child-centred care Create a safe, nurturing, and homely environment where children feel valued and heard Set and uphold high standards in line with Ofsted requirements and the Children's Homes Regulations Take ownership of the home's registration, compliance, referrals, and matching processes Support and guide your staff to deliver trauma-informed and therapeutic care Ensure every young person has an individual care plan that reflects their full range of needs Promote a culture of celebration, positive praise, and personal growth Build strong partnerships with families, local authorities, and other professionals Be part of the on-call rota and respond flexibly to the needs of the service
