44,982.00 - 50,605.00 per annum (DOE) + 10% discretionary bonus

Qualifications Required:



Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (England) or Care Services Leadership and Management SCQF Level 10 (Scotland) Or willingness to work towards it

Experience in Years Required:


Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential setting (within the past 5 years) At least 1 year's experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the past 5 years
