Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Mild Learning Disabilities (LD)

? Essential Requirements



Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)



At least 3 years' experience

in a residential childcare setting


Experience in

EBD, LD, SEMH, CCE, PSB, Therapeutic, or Crisis

homes


Strong leadership & team-building skills



? Desirable Qualities



?? Experience leading Ofsted inspections


?? Passion for creating a

warm, homely, and child-focused

environment


?? A drive to

exceed Ofsted standards

and continuously improve care quality


Key Responsibilities

Lead & Manage

the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance


Support & Develop

your staff, fostering a positive and nurturing work culture


Build & Maintain

strong relationships with the community and key stakeholders


Ensure Safeguarding & Compliance

with Ofsted, submitting required documentation


Drive Continuous Improvement

- ensuring outstanding care for every young person
