Redwood Childcare is thrilled to announce the opening of our third residential home, and we're searching for an inspiring Registered Manager to help bring it to life.
This isn't just another management role.
This is your chance to build a home, shape a culture, and change young lives forever.
At Redwood, every child is more than a case file - they are brilliant, resilient young people who deserve love, stability, and a future filled with possibility. We're looking for someone who shares that belief to lead our newest home with passion, purpose, and vision.
Led With Heart. Built With Purpose.
Our Director is hands-on, dedicated, and deeply invested in every child's journey. They don't just lead from the front - they lead with heart.
Alongside them, you'll receive 1-to-1 mentorship from an experienced and supportive Responsible Individual, ensuring you feel empowered, confident, and backed every step of the way.
This is a role with true autonomy, genuine trust, and a clear pathway for your own professional growth. As we grow, you grow.
