Salary: Up to 65,000

Children's Home Manager
to lead our residential service in Halifax, creating a positive and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.This is a key leadership role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of therapeutic care. You'll inspire and guide your team to provide exceptional, person-centered support that meets the unique needs of each young person.
What You'll Do
Lead Therapeutic Care:
Develop and implement individual care plans, focusing on the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of the young people in our care.Build and Mentor a Team:
Guide and train staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous professional development.Manage Resources:
Oversee the home's budget and resources to effectively support our therapeutic model of care.Ensure Quality:
Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance withOfsted
regulations, National Minimum Standards, and best practices.What We're Looking For
Qualification:
ALevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
or an equivalent qualification is essential.Experience:
Proven experience as aDeputy Manager
orRegistered Manager
in a children's home, with a strong understanding of therapeutic approaches.Driving:
A valid UK driving license is required.What We Offer
