About you:

You'll be a confident, compassionate leader with a strong regulatory background and a genuine passion for improving children's lives.

Essential requirements:

Recent experience as a

Registered Manager in a Children's Home

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)

Strong working knowledge of

Children's Homes Regulations 2015

and

SCCIF

Extensive safeguarding knowledge A child-centred approach with high standards of care and compliance
Key responsibilities:

Oversee the

day-to-day management

of the children's home Ensure consistently

high-quality, trauma-informed care

Lead the home through

Ofsted inspections, audits, and regulatory checks

Build, inspire, and develop a

motivated and skilled staff team

Provide clear leadership, guidance, and support at all levels Take lead responsibility for

safeguarding and child protection

Work closely with

Local Authorities, Education, Health, and partner agencies

to secure the best outcomes for children
