About Us
We are an established 3-bedded children's home in Nuneaton, specialising in the care of young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Rated Good by Ofsted, our home provides a stable, nurturing, and supportive environment where children can thrive.
We are now seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on
Registered Manager
to lead our team and continue driving high standards of care and support.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with Ofsted regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements. You will lead by example, developing a strong, motivated team and promoting a positive and stable environment for young people.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a well-established team in delivering outstanding care
Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards
Ensure the home remains safe, nurturing, and therapeutic for the children
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Drive continuous improvement and develop service delivery
Promote positive relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a children's residential setting
NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
Proven track record of achieving good or outstanding inspection outcomes
Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children
Able to lead, inspire and develop a staff team
