At Stepping Stones Care, our aim is to be the last residential home our young people live in.
We plan to achieve this by offering the best Therapeutic Care we can, to help our children develop, understand and manage their trauma, what ever their background, through living in an inspiring, therapeutic environment, direct work with highly trained staff teams, and with input from our in-house clinical team.
We are currently looking for a Registered Manager who wants to take on the development of a Brand New 3 bedded Therapeutic Home in Wolverhampton.

Essential Job Requirements
Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people.
A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
3 years' work experience working with Young People within a residential environment including 2 years at senior level.
Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.
Desirable Attributes
NVQ or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
Proven success of development of staff teams and individuals.
Proven Ofsted inspection history.
