Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding care and support.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain high inspection outcomes.
Oversee safeguarding, care planning, and placement stability.
Drive a therapeutic, child-centred culture that prioritises positive outcomes.
Manage resources effectively, ensuring safe and welcoming environments for young people.
Candidate Requirements
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in a children's residential setting.
Must have been through at least one Ofsted inspection as a leader or deputy.
Ready to step up into a Registered Manager role - or already an RM looking for a new challenge.
Strong commitment to safeguarding, compliance, and staff development.
