We are aspirational for our children and young people and actively support them to attend and access education and employment opportunities and to develop their independence skills. We also support them to continue with and develop relationships with family and peers where appropriate.

You should be enthusiastic, motivated, creative, inspiring and passionate about the work you do to positively care for and support the most vulnerable children and young people to achieve positive outcomes. You will be trauma informed and able to engage and motivate people. Staff and volunteers will look to you to show the way and inspire them to be at their best by keeping a focus on their wellbeing, personal needs and professional development. Staff are enabled to provide a high level of care and support to children and young people through regular and ongoing training opportunities. Staff are ambitious for the children and young people we care for and are passionate and committed to ensure they experience good quality care that is individual to them and positively prepares them for adulthood.

You\'ll be an attentive leader who listens to children, young people and staff, using their feedback to continually refine and develop our service. You\'ll also be supported by the wider London Residential Service and be part of residential service development in the area.
