is a brand-new, ambitious community care provider, and we are looking for a pioneering Registered Manager to build our Cirencester branch from the ground up.
?This isn't just an office job. We need someone with the "field-first" mentality--someone who understands what it's like to deliver care on the front line and wants to use that experience to create an outstanding service.
?Key Responsibilities

Business Development:
Actively build the company's presence in Cirencester by networking with local authorities, GPs, and families to secure new contracts and private clients.

Person-Centred Care:
Meet with new clients to conduct initial assessments and design bespoke, dignified care plans that truly reflect their individual needs and preferences.

Team Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of carers, fostering a culture of support, professional development, and excellence.

On-Call Support:
Participate in an on-call rota to ensure our clients and staff have 24/7 support for emergencies.
?A Deep Dive into CQC Compliance
?As the Registered Manager, you are legally accountable to the
Care Quality Commission (CQC)
. Your primary mission is to ensure Moriel Health care Ltd is consistently rated "Good" or "Outstanding" by adhering to the
Single Assessment Framework
. You will be responsible for:

Fundamental Standards:
Guaranteeing that care meets all legal requirements, specifically:

Regulation 9 (Person-centred care):
Every client's care must be tailored to them.

Regulation 12 (Safe care and treatment):
Managing risk assessments, medication administration records (MAR charts), and infection control.

Regulation 13 (Safeguarding):
Protecting clients from abuse and improper treatment through robust reporting and staff training.
?
Regulation 17 (Good governance):
Maintaining meticulous records, auditing care logs, and implementing a continuous quality improvement system.

Regulation 18 (Staffing):
Ensuring all staff are appropriately vetted (DBS), trained, and supervised.

Notifications:
Managing statutory notifications to the CQC regarding any significant incidents, deaths, or changes to the service.
?What We Are Looking For

Experience:
You must have significant experience as a Senior Carer, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager in a domiciliary/community care setting.

Qualifications:
Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or a willingness to work toward this immediately).
