We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager for a well-established residential care home in Derby, part of a growing organisation entering an exciting period of expansion and development.

The Role
You will:
Take full accountability for the day-to-day management of the home
Lead, develop and retain a stable, engaged staff team
Drive quality, compliance and person-centred care outcomes
Ensure strong relationships with families, professionals and commissioners
Contribute to wider group growth initiatives and best-practice sharing
About You
You will ideally have:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within residential care
A strong understanding of CQC requirements and governance
The ability to lead through change and growth
A passion for developing services and people
