Purpose of Role:
You will be responsible for the overall running of our Service. Leading our committed and dedicated team to provide excellent Care Quality in line with CQC regulations. Working to the groups' strategic objectives, you will develop excellent relationships with social workers, commissioners, and referral agencies to ensure our service maintains a high level of of efficiency and compliance whilst continuing our excellent reputation for delivering person centred care. To provide leadership to our care and nursing staff and people throughout Ambition Community Healthcare.
Duties
To maintain the operations of Ambition Community Healthcare at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider
Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals we support and to ensure robust rota management maintains safe staff levels across the business.
Develop relationships with Social Workers, Commissioners, and referral agencies to ensure a steady flow of referrals and maintain high occupancy across the year.
Produce reports and provide performance data for strategic analysis.
Maintain open and transparent dialogue with regulators and commissioners regarding service changes, safeguarding, and duty of candour.
Use our training provision and additional training resources to ensure all staff are appropriately trained to carry out their work to the highest standards.
Demonstrate the ability to prioritise your workload, develop action plans, and think and work strategically.
Show self-motivation, with a personal commitment to quality and excellence.
Good written and face to face communication skills.
Proven ability to motivate, attract and inspire your team.
Commitment to honesty and transparency with the ability to work under pressure and in challenging circumstances.
Ability to focus on results, making a lasting difference for our clients, families and the wider business.
Experience
Proven management experience within a community healthcare environment is desirable.
A Bsc Hons in Nursing would be preferred to give greater scope for clinical oversight.
Experience in developing and managing care plans tailored to individual needs.
Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or managerial roles in a care setting.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively whilst maintaining high standards of resident care.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing adult social care services, continuing healthcare and children's services in the UK. This role is ideal for a compassionate leader committed to delivering exceptional senior care through effective management and innovative practice development.
