Salary: 32K- 34K per annum (Depending on experience) + benefits

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 40 hours/week

About the Role

You'll take the reins in managing and expanding our services -- ensuring high-quality, person-centered care while driving growth and operational excellence. With opportunities all around us, this is the perfect chance to make a real difference while building something special.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all day-to-day operations across care delivery, compliance, recruitment, and budgeting Grow our business -- identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and service areas Maintain high standards of care and customer satisfaction Foster a motivated, supported and high-performing team Ensure full compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to meet individual needs Oversee Rota planning, performance management, and HR functions

Who We're Looking For

Proven experience in a Registered or General Manager role (minimum 2 years) Minimum 5 years in the care sector Level 5 NVQ (or equivalent) in Leadership & Management or working toward it Strong leadership, organizational, and business development skills Excellent understanding of CQC standards and compliance A confident, caring, and motivational personality Driving license and UK work authorization
