We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead both regulated and unregulated care services for our new SureCare franchise. You will play a pivotal role in managing the CQC registration process, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional care services.
Additionally, you will develop and expand unregulated care offerings, such as companionship, housekeeping, and private care, while driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
CQC Registration and Compliance:
Lead the CQC registration process, ensuring all policies, procedures, and staff qualifications meet regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain a care plan and policies in line with CQC standards to achieve at least a "Good" rating. Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Business Development and Growth:
Promote and grow regulated and unregulated care services. Build strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, community organizations, and clients. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Operational and Financial Management:
Monitor and manage budgets to meet financial targets.Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resources and minimize inefficiencies.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a skilled and motivated workforce.Monitor staff performance, provide regular training opportunities, and ensure high retention rates.
Client Satisfaction:
Address client feedback and concerns promptly to ensure exceptional service.Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achieve and maintain a "Good" or higher CQC rating. Ensure a staff retention rate of 90% or above annually. Achieve 10% year-over-year growth in unregulated services. Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90% or above based on surveys. Meet or exceed profit margin targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Proven experience managing regulated care services and achieving CQC compliance. Strong leadership and team management skills. Business development expertise and a track record of growing services.
Desirable:
Knowledge of Eastbourne's local care market and ability to manage communication in diverse cultural settings.
