Merit Healthcare Ltd is a family run home care provider based in Wiltshire and rated ALL GOOD by CQC.
We are looking for an experienced RM in Wiltshire to take over from our current retiring RM and lead our dedicated team to deliver exceptional elderly care. This isn't a lone start-up role - you'll be joining a stable, long-running organisation (10yrs+) with an existing reputation, infrastructure and leadership team which will support you for the first 6 months as you settle.
Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for
quality, compliance and governance

CQC regulations

Oversee assessments, care planning and reviews, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients and their families.
Use audits, feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and maintain "good" and "outstanding" practice.
Work closely with the owner, office team and care staff to grow a sustainable, values-led home care service.
Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, GPs, hospitals and community partners.
Drive service growth, increasing hours and packages while maintaining quality.
About You
Proven experience as a
Registered Manager
or senior care manager in
domiciliary/home care
.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Strong understanding of
CQC policies
and how to embed best practice.
A confident people leader - able to coach, inspire and hold others to account.
Able to oversee compliance and governance.
