We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Leader to join our organisation. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding your team towards achieving operational goals while fostering a positive work environment. Supervise daily operations and ensure that team members are performing their tasks efficiently. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork. Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimise productivity. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, updates, and feedback. Address any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills

Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Welsh is desirable. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on findings. Ability to cope in a fast paced health care environment Excellent problem solving skills Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on developing team members' strengths. Multilingual capabilities are an asset, enhancing communication within diverse teams. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
