Ebbsfleet House, Tubbs Lane, Ebbsfleet Lane, Ramsgate, Kent, CT12 5DJ - offers residential support for five males and females, who or are autistic or have a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural location, off a main road, and surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.
Martins- 2 Ebbsfleet lane, Ramsgate, Kent CT12 5DJ - t offers residential support for two people who have a learning disability or are autistic. This includes individuals who present with mild, moderate or severe behaviours that challenge. We are in a semi-rural area, off a main road, just by the coast.

At Priory, we are seeking an ambitious and passionate CQC Registered Manager to lead the reopening of our service, supporting individuals with autism and trauma-informed care. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the service, build a strong team, and ensure the highest quality of care for the people we support. This Service is a 7 bed service.
About the Role:
As our Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the service forward. You and your team will support individuals to achieve their goals, develop their skills, and gain confidence through community engagement and tailored support. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
Overseeing all aspects of the home, including budgets, quality, and compliance
Ensuring regulatory standards are met and exceeded
Driving continuous improvement to enhance service delivery
Creating a positive and supportive environment for both staff and individuals

Previous managerial experience in a similar care setting
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership
