The Role
As Registered Manager, you'll take the lead in developing and coordinating our high-quality care services. Working closely with the Franchise Owner, you'll ensure clients receive the personalised, compassionate care GoodOaks is known for -- while driving growth and excellence within your branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop care services across Edgware and Finchley.
Conduct consultations, assessments, and care planning for new clients.
Manage client feedback and complaints to ensure continuous improvement.
Identify new business opportunities and build lasting community relationships.
Oversee recruitment, induction, and development of the care team.
Maintain full CQC compliance and uphold the highest care standards.
About You
Experienced leader in health and social care management.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
Compassionate, client-focused, and committed to excellence.
Positive, resilient, and motivated to grow both people and services.
Skilled communicator and relationship builder.
Organised, proactive, and adaptable under pressure.
Hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
What We Offer
