Job Description

We are seeking an Outstanding Registered Manager to join our dynamic and caring team at Drovers Call Care Home which provides bespoke care to adults with dementia and behaviours that challenge. You will oversee the implementation of Drovers Call and Knights Care policies and procedures and evaluate the goals and quality objectives of the company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

To maintain the operations of Drovers Call Care Home at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other paraments set by the provider. To carry out and provide leadership in marketing the service and selling its services at agreed prices. Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support. Specialising in care delivery to adults with Mental Health additional needs and complex care needs, including neurological conditions, early/specialist dementia, and mental health challenges. Comply with all regulations set out by the Care Quality Commission. Taking overall responsibility for the quality of care provided whilst remaining up-to-date with relevant care legislation. Recruit and induct new starters in accordance to the company's policy. Lead, motivate and direct staff to seek opportunities for personal and professional growth in order to develop them to their full potential. Conduct staff supervision and annual staff appraisals. Ensure multidisciplinary team working is embedded in the service.

Location:

Drovers Call Care Home, Gainsborough, but you may be required to work from other locations at the discretion of the company and with appropriate notice.

Specific Requirements and Qualifications:

Portray strong leadership qualities. Passionate about delivering exception quality care to our residents and promoting the life they wish to live Must have worked as a Registered Manager within a service providing care to Adults with Mental health additional needs. Strong understanding of QCC regulations and best practices Management level experience and qualification in Health and Social Care Registered Nurse - Preferred but not essential
