Job Description

A2B Social Care have a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Manager provide care & support in a solo provision EBD home based in Gateshead.

Responsibilities:



Lead and manage a Children's Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance Manage recruitment, staff training, and development Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted

Requirements:



Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience working with children and young people within a residential environment. Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting Driving Licence is essential

Salary:



45,000 - 55,000 negotiable working full time Mon-Fri 9-5pm, plus extensive benefits package.
