About Prospect House

Located on the edge of Goole, Prospect House is a vibrant and supportive home for adults with learning and physical disabilities. With two self-contained flats and comfortable residential rooms, we provide a safe and nurturing space where independence and personal growth are at the heart of everything we do.

As Registered Care Manager, you'll:

Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding dementia and clinical care Develop and implement engaging, person-centred activities Support staff development through coaching, supervision, and training Manage budgets and resources effectively Represent HICA to families, partners, and the wider community Work flexibly and participate in the on-call rota.

What You'll Bring

Proven leadership experience in a care setting Strong budget management skills Ideally, a Level 4 in Care or NVQ in Care Management.
