to lead our dedicated team and help shape the future of our fostering service. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to foster carers and the children they care for.What We're Looking For:
? HCPC-registered Social Worker
? Minimum 5 years' senior experience in family placement or children's services
? Strong leadership and compliance background
? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Or Working towards)
What You'll Do:
*Lead, manage and develop our fostering team
Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory frameworks *Support and supervise foster carers to achieve the best outcomes for children
*Drive service development and quality improvement
