Role: Care Home Registered Manager (Specialist Services)
Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
Hours: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: 50,000 to 55,000 per/annum

They are looking to recruit a proven leader who can manage all aspects of their service, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with all regulatory standards.
The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and daily operational management of the care home. You will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and person-centered environment for all residents. Key responsibilities include:
?Leading and developing a team of dedicated care professionals.
?Ensuring the service meets and exceeds CQC requirements.
?Managing budgets, resources, and staffing levels efficiently.
?Overseeing all care planning and safeguarding procedures.
?Fostering a positive and supportive culture for both staff and residents.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful management within a residential care setting. You will possess:
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
Demonstrable experience as a Registered Manager.
A deep understanding of CQC regulations and best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding care to service users.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
