What You'll Be Doing

As the Registered Care Manager, you'll lead and inspire the team while growing the business:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring care quality and CQC compliance Mentor, support, and develop your care team to deliver exceptional services Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and increasing care hours Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the local community Promote the client's values and reputation with professionalism and integrity

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who:

Has proven leadership experience in domiciliary or community care Holds or is working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Understands CIW regulations and best practice in care delivery Has experience in business development and relationship-building Is organised, confident, and an excellent communicator Is motivated to grow the branch and create a positive impact in Monmouth
