Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care, including experience in assisted living and nursing homes. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a compassionate environment that promotes the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the company ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement individualised care plans for clients focusing on their specific needs and preferences. Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery. Conduct regular assessments of client's care needs and adjust care plans as necessary. Ensure proper medication administration and management in accordance with best practices. Foster a positive environment that encourages resident engagement and participation in activities. Maintain accurate records of clients care, staff performance, and compliance documentation. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate care services.

Skills

Proven experience in assisted living home care settings is essential. Strong knowledge of senior care practices, including dementia and Alzheimer's care. Excellent management skills with prior supervisory experience in a healthcare environment. Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual client needs. Proficient in medication administration protocols and best practices. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. A compassionate approach to caregiving with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
