The Opportunity
We are seeking a
highly experienced Registered Manager
to lead and grow our
Supported Living services
for people with
Learning Disabilities and Autism
.
This is a
key leadership role
for someone who can
hit the ground running
, take ownership of the service, and drive excellence from day one.
Nurses with an active NMC PIN are strongly encouraged to apply
, as clinical expertise will be a significant advantage as we expand into complex care pathways.
Being a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN is a strong advantage
, particularly as the service develops and expands into more complex care pathways, but this is
not essential
for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the
overall leadership, compliance, and performance
of the service, including:
Leadership & Service Development
Provide strong, visible leadership across supported living services in Suffolk and Norfolk
Lead the
CQC registration process
, including adding
Learning Disabilities and Autism
to the existing registration
Develop and embed a
high-quality, person-centred supported living model
Build, motivate, and lead a skilled multidisciplinary team
Regulatory & Compliance
Act as the
CQC Registered Manager
and ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and Fundamental Standards
Prepare for and manage CQC inspections, audits, and quality monitoring
Ensure robust safeguarding, risk management, and governance frameworks are in place
Operational Management
Oversee care delivery, assessments, support planning, reviews, and outcomes
Ensure safe staffing levels, effective rota management, and workforce planning
Manage incidents, complaints, and service improvements professionally and effectively
Staff Management & Development
Recruit, induct, supervise, and appraise staff
Ensure staff receive appropriate training, supervision, and professional development
Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with
local authorities, commissioners, families, and professionals
Represent Clearly Care Ltd professionally across Suffolk and Norfolk
Support business growth through quality delivery and strong partnerships
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
Extensive experience
managing
supported living services
for people with
Learning Disabilities and Autism
Proven experience as a
Registered Manager
or Deputy Manager ready to step up
Strong knowledge of
CQC regulations
, compliance, and inspections
NVQ Level 5
in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care
UK driving licence
and ability to travel across Suffolk and Norfolk
Legal right to work in the UK

Highly Desirable
Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
Experience supporting individuals with
complex needs or complex care
Experience launching or growing services post-registration
Strong commercial and service development mindset
