A great opportunity to work for an Investors in People Gold accredited organisation.
The successful candidate must hold RQF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for H&SC or Level 3 (with a view to commence Level 5) with a minimum of 2yrs experience in H&SC.
Statutory responsible for maintaining the compliance of Jersey Law in respect of registration requirements.
Ensure UK minimum standards are maintained within Services in line with JCC requirements. Providing appropriate care & support at all times.
Person centred planning, rota management, budgets, development & supervision of support staff/Team Leaders etc.
The post it 40hrs p/w & requires on call duties on a rotational basis Mon to Sun, which are paid in addition to the salary.
