We are looking for a

Registered Manager

with experience in the Mental Health sector to join our innovative team at Valorum Care Group!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a team in a specialist residential service, while leading on complex assessments, designing bespoke care packages, and shaping the future of community-based mental health care.

What You'll be Doing

Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team. Oversee the day-to-day operations Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards. Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home's financial sustainability. Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment

What You'll Need

Recognised Professional Qualification in Social Work (DipSW/CQSW), Mental Health Nursing (RMN), Psychology or any allied medical profession preferred but not essential. At least 2+ years' experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home. Registered with CQC - Preferable but not essential. Experience with Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards. Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.

Pay: 45,000.00 per year
