Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a children's residential service in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to shape a nurturing, compliant, and high?performing home where children and young people can thrive.
Salary & Benefits:
Up to 65,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Performance?related bonus scheme. Pension contributions and enhanced holiday entitlement. Ongoing training, CPD, and leadership development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong, visible leadership to staff, ensuring a culture of safety, respect, and aspiration. Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards. Oversee safeguarding, care planning, and risk management processes. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to deliver sustainable outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and external partners.

Pay: Up to 70,000.00 per year
