Job Description

We are delighted to be looking for a Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team within our new Residential Care Home based in Little Weighton HU20 3XE. We have been operating care homes for over 20 years and are family run . We offer a great training package to develop your skills, and knowledge to become an outstanding manager and to deliver person centered care to the highest standards.

This is a full-time role that will see the candidate work with their team in a beautiful care home for 38 Clients.

We offer an attractive pay package negotiable upon skills and experience.

We are looking for someone that is highly motivated, has a can-do attitude, good attention to detail, excellent communicator and proven interpersonal skills. We are looking ideally for a person who is currently a Registered Manager for a Residential Care home or a candidate that has Management experience working as a Deputy Manager looking to progress further.

Key Responsibiloties include:

Providing leadership, guidance and management to all staff. To ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. Oversee care planning, care delivery, risk assessments Manage recruitment, training, supervisions and performance of staff Monitor and maintain high standards of care, safety, Infection Control and documentation. Manage budgets, occupany and resources effectively. Build and maintain possitive relationships with residents, relatives and external professionals and stakeholders. Undertaking Rota's/ one to one meetings/ yearly appraisals To manage and respond to any accident/ incidents/ compliments and complaints. To carry out on call duties To carry out staff meetings and attending management meetings
Personal attitude and skills

Qualified to an NVQ level 5 or willing to work towards this Right to work in the UK Full UK driving licence You are already a Care home Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager looking for their next management role. Your experience must be working within a Residential Care Facililty. You are a compassionate and confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills. You have a good understanding of the CQC Regulations and assocated Health and Safety legislation. You are passionate about improving Client's quality of life and lead by example. Flexible approach to work.
