About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated
Registered Manager
to join our growing team at
Cedar Health and Wellbeing
. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude who is ready to take on an exciting challenge--leading our new residential service in
Liverpool
for adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
You'll be responsible for setting the tone and culture of the service, leading by example and embedding best practices in every aspect of care delivery. From designing person-centred support plans to ensuring regulatory compliance, your leadership will be key to creating a safe, empowering, and nurturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing
As Registered Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing a high-performing staff team.
Embedding a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Delivering person-centred care and support in line with assessed needs.
Promoting autonomy, choice, and independence for the individuals we support.
Ensuring full compliance with
CQC
standards and
safeguarding
regulations.
Promoting the service to commissioners, referrers, and stakeholders.
Managing rotas, supervisions, inductions, and team development.
Upholding and implementing policies and procedures across the service.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is not only experienced but passionate about delivering excellent care:
Essential experience:
Managing a residential service for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
Leading a service to full
CQC compliance
and understanding the inspection process.
Managing and developing a staff team.
Qualifications:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care
(or equivalent).
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Confident working independently and part of the on-call rota.
Full UK driving licence -

Additional Responsibilities
Follow all
Health & Safety
regulations and procedures.
Ensure all data is handled in line with the
Data Protection Act
.
Complete training and demonstrate understanding of
Safeguarding
and the
Mental Capacity Act
, including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
Report and escalate any safeguarding concerns in line with policy.
