We are looking for an engaging, experienced and values-driven Registered Manager to oversee a children's residential home in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that places emotional wellbeing, safety and personal growth at the heart of its practice.
Role Overview
As Registered Manager, you will set the tone and direction for the home, ensuring all young people receive nurturing, child-centred care. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of practice and maintaining strong regulatory compliance.
Key Duties
Manage the day-to-day operations and ensure the home runs smoothly and safely
Lead, support and mentor your staff team to deliver exceptional care
Uphold strong safeguarding practices and maintain full Ofsted compliance
Ensure each child's care plan is meaningful, achievable and reviewed regularly
Build positive relationships with multi-agency partners across the Liverpool region
Promote a culture of learning, reflection and continuous improvement
Your Background
Level 5 Leadership qualification for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children's residential setting
Skilled in managing complex behaviours and leading therapeutic approaches
Emotionally resilient, highly organised, and committed to best practice
Passionate about creating a home where children feel safe, valued and supported
