We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Registered Manager
to lead our growing home care service. This is a role where your ideas are valued, your decisions matter, and your work directly improves the lives of the people we support.
What You'll Do
Lead the daily operations of our domiciliary care service
Ensure the service meets all
CQC
regulations and quality standards
Support, train, and develop the care team
Oversee assessments, care planning and risk management
Manage recruitment, supervisions, and performance
Maintain accurate records and strong communication
Work closely with families, professionals, and the local authority
Drive quality improvements across the service
Manage budgets and resources effectively
What We're Looking For
Experience in domiciliary/home care
Strong knowledge of
CQC
requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience with care planning and safe working practices
Level 4 or 5 Health & Social Care
(or working towards)
Confident, organised and calm under pressure
A caring approach and commitment to high-quality care
Deputy Managers ready to step up are welcome
