Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a new Registered Manager for our highly regarded care home.

Burlington Hall is a beautifully presented, purpose built residential care home providing exceptional care for older adults. With around 70 residents, a committed and stable team, and a strong local reputation, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to take an already excellent service to the next level.

About the Role

As our new Registered Manager, you will oversee the day to day running of the home, ensuring outstanding care outcomes, excellent staff performance, and full compliance with CQC regulations. You will be supported by two highly capable deputies, a strong senior team, and an engaged senior leadership group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled and caring team, fostering a positive and respectful culture. Oversee all aspects of care delivery and service operations. Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals. Manage budgets, staffing rotas, audits, and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement and prepare the home for inspection under the new CQC framework.

About You

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential or nursing care home. In depth understanding of the CQC regulatory framework and best practice in adult social care. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
