experienced and passionate Registered Manager

to lead, shape, and grow our new branch. Working closely with a supportive and engaged Director, you'll have the opportunity to

What You'll Do



Lead and develop high-quality visiting and live-in care services across Milton Keynes Carry out client consultations, care assessments, and onboard new clients Handle feedback and complaints constructively to improve quality and client satisfaction Drive growth through local networking, marketing, and community engagement Recruit, train, and support a motivated, skilled care team Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and maintain outstanding standards of care

What We're Looking For



Proven management experience in health and social care Strong understanding of CQC standards and care legislation Passion for person-centred care and exceptional client service A proactive, resilient leader who inspires others Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Calm, organised, and flexible with a positive "can-do" attitude Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Willingness to complete a CQC DBS check (paid for by us)
