We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and values-led
Registered Manager
to take full accountability for the operational management, quality assurance, and strategic direction of our service. As the CQC Registered Manager, you will be the face of our company, responsible for maintaining high standards, driving business growth, and fostering an outstanding culture for both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance:
Hold the CQC registration and ensure the service consistently meets all regulatory standards and achieves exceptional outcomes in quality inspections.
Leadership & Culture:
Recruit, lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team of Care Co-ordinators and Care Professionals, promoting a culture of respect, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Quality Management:
Implement robust quality assurance systems, conduct regular audits, oversee care plan creation and review, and manage the safeguarding and complaints processes effectively.
Business Growth:
Strategically manage capacity, drive occupancy levels, and build strong professional relationships with Local Authorities, CCGs, and the wider community.
What You Will Bring (Essential Requirements)
Qualification:
Possess an NVQ/QCF Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience:
Proven, significant experience in a
Registered Manager
or high-level management role within a
domiciliary/home care
setting.
Expert Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations, current care legislation, safeguarding principles, and best practice in person-centred care.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrable success in leading, managing, and developing large care teams.
Driving:
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
