We are excited to be offering a brand-new opportunity for a

Registered Manager

to join our unique, friendly, family-oriented care home. We are a stand-alone Home, and different from any other care home you have worked in. We are seeking a compassionate, committed, and highly skilled Registered Manager to lead our care home caring for adults with learning disabilities. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference in people's lives while managing the day-to-day operations of a warm, supportive, friendly, person-centred environment, and to be part of something special from the very beginning. As the Registered Manager of our Care Home, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and safety, while inspiring and leading a dedicated and outstanding staff team. This is a hands-on leadership role that goes beyond 9 to 5 working hours, requiring flexibility, resilience, and a genuine passion for caring.

We are looking for a Registered Manager who is:



Experienced

in managing care services, ideally with adults with learning disabilities.

Qualifications:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, RMA, NVQ Level 5

Experience:

A strong track record as a Registered Manager, with hands-on experience in client care. Holds a Registered Manager Award

Knowledge:

A good understanding of CQC standards, PAMMS, safeguarding, health & safety, RIDDOR, DoLS, and care regulations and legislation.

Compassionate, kind

and dedicated to promoting independence, dignity, and respect.

Organised

with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Flexible

, understanding this role is

not 9-5

This may involve stepping in at short notice to provide support if an emergency arises or adjusting your day-to-day hours depending on the needs of the home. A willingness to be adaptable and responsive is an essential part of this role. To work in a happy environment, and enjoy what you do smooth transition for the newly appointed Registered Manager who will receive a comprehensive four-week handover, spending time across different shifts to meet our lovely clients, staff, observe our work, and become familiar with our systems.
